2012 Fall Season Early Online Registration

2012 Fall Registration
The following items are needed to complete fall registration:
- An ORIGINAL birth certificate
- Physical Dated January 1, 2012 or later
- Consent Form
- Parent Player Code of Conduct
- Proof of Residency (copy of a utility bill)
